RETURN

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

• The returned item must not bear traces of use and should have all tags attached.
• The order must be sent back in its original packaging, properly protected from possible damage during transport.
• The seller will only process returns with a return form attached – download HERE (the form according to the template can also be handwritten, necessarily with the account number).
• The seller does not send information about the receipt of shipments that have been returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
  The seller contacts only in case of inconsistency of the return date, or incorrect/unreadable data for verification.
  An automatic message is sent just after the funds have been transferred to the customer’s account, which is within no more than 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.
• Once the return is verified, the payment will be made to the account specified in the form.
  

EXCHANGE

• To replace the purchased product, please place a new order, and send back the previous order as a return.
